Private Gymnastics

The goal with a dynamic child is to keep their passion for physical expression high as they grow into adults. And for those who required assistance in discovering their inner fire, we have seen them become great athletes—now engaging with their respective communities and cultivating a healthy mind-body relationship.

See you in class soon!

My husband and I often call Lyndon a "Renaissance Man." There is nothing he can not do! We met Lyndon in 2020 when he started teaching our daughter dance. Since then, he has taught our kids karate, basketball, football and gymnastics. We have had him host birthday parties and always enjoy running into him at other events. He is kind, passionate and has mastered how to engage with kids. He brings positive energy every time we see him.

"We have had the pleasure of working with Lyndon for private gymnastics classes for the past couple of months. Our kids are ages 5, 7, and 8.Lyndon is outstanding with the kids!  He is great at making the lessons fun and keeping the kids engaged.  He is also excellent at focusing on technique and building strength.  After each session, he would consult with us on areas that each child could improve and what we should work on for the next week. We look forward to working with Lyndon again soon!“
