MODEL MASTER AGREEMENT

LOS ANGELES KIDS FASHION SHOW (LAKFS) | INVINCINAL

SEASON 4: CHERISH THE LOVE

This Master Agreement is entered into as of [Effective Date is the same as Sign-Up Date] between Los Angeles Kids Fashion Show (LAKFS) under Marte Productions Inc. and Invincinal and the undersigned Model and Parent/Guardian (if the model is a minor) for participation in LAKFS Season 4: Cherish the Love. By signing this Agreement, the Model and Parent/Guardian acknowledge and agree to abide by all event policies, requirements, and expectations as outlined below.

MODEL PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

• Commitment to Attendance: The Model must attend all required rehearsals, fittings, and scheduled events, including but not limited to:

  • Workshop Dates – Rehearsal & Fitting

  • June (TBD)  – Technical Rehearsal

  • June 7th – Performance Day

  • Failure to attend any mandatory event without prior approval from the Organizers may result in removal from the show.

• Timeliness & Professionalism: The Model must arrive on time for all scheduled activities. Any delays or absences must be communicated to the Organizers at least 24 hours in advance unless due to emergency circumstances.

• Respect for Event Staff & Participants: The Model must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward event organizers, designers, instructors, fellow models, and staff. The Parent/Guardian agrees to maintain appropriate behavior and follow all event decorum policies when present at rehearsals, fittings, and the show.

• Adherence to Instructions: The Model agrees to follow the directions of the coaching staff, stylists, and production team throughout rehearsals and on event day. Any disruptive behavior, non-compliance, or failure to adhere to event guidelines may result in removal from the show.

• No Unauthorized Media or Branding Use: All official event photography, videography, and media coverage must be approved by LAKFS & Invincinal prior to public distribution. Parents/Guardians and Models may only share authorized event media materials as released by the Organizers.

• Garment Usage & Styling Compliance: The Model agrees to wear assigned designer pieces as directed by stylists and production teams. No unauthorized modifications to outfits will be permitted.

• Handling & Care of Wardrobe Pieces: The Model must treat all garments with respect and care. If a Model damages a garment, they may be required to reimburse the designer for repair or replacement costs.

• Ownership of Wardrobe Pieces: Some outfits may be provided to the Model for the duration of the show only and must be returned immediately after the event. If a Model is given permission to keep a designer piece, it must be formally confirmed by the designer in writing.

MEDIA CONSENT & RELEASE 

• The Model may be photographed and/or filmed during rehearsals, fittings, backstage preparations, and the main fashion event.

• These media materials may include headshots, runway photos, behind-the-scenes footage, and interview clips.

• The Model’s image, name, and performance footage may be used for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, including but not limited to:

  • LAKFS & Invincinal official websites

  • Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)

  • Press releases & news articles

  • Event recap videos & highlight reels

  • Promotional materials (flyers, banners, posters, brochures)

• All media content captured during LAKFS Season 4 is the exclusive property of LAKFS, Invincinal, and affiliated production teams.

• The Organizers retain the right to edit, modify, reproduce, and distribute these materials without further approval or compensation.

  
  

OPT-OUT & LIMITED MEDIA USAGE CLAUSE

If a Model or Parent/Guardian wishes to opt-out of media usage, they must indicate their preferences below:

📌 Important Note:

• If opting out, the Model may still be captured incidentally in live event recordings as part of group shots or audience footage.

• Organizers will make reasonable efforts to limit direct promotional use if an opt-out request is submitted.

LIABILITY RELEASE & UNDERSTANDING By signing this Agreement, the Model and Parent/Guardian:

• Acknowledge that participation in a live event includes public exposure and that absolute privacy cannot be guaranteed.

• Waive any claims against LAKFS, Invincinal, Marte Productions Inc., and affiliated media teams regarding the use of approved photos/videos.

• Understand that no financial compensation will be provided for media usage.

CODE OF CONDUCT & PARENT/GUARDIAN DECORUM AGREEMENT

• Treat event staff, designers, instructors, models, parents, and all team members with courtesy and professionalism.

• Follow all instructions from event organizers, directors, and production staff to ensure smooth operations.

• Encourage a positive and supportive environment for all participants.

• No disruptive behavior in backstage areas, rehearsals, or fittings.

• Parents/Guardians are not permitted backstage unless expressly authorized by LAKFS staff.

• Keep personal belongings organized and respect shared space and event property.

• Follow the set schedule for rehearsals, fittings, and event participation.

• Ensure that models arrive on time and are prepared for their scheduled appearances.

• Communicate any issues or concerns professionally with designated staff.

CONSEQUENCES FOR VIOLATING EVENT POLICIES

• Verbal Warning – Issued by event staff for minor infractions.

• Written Warning – Formal notice for continued or more serious violations.

• Removal from Participation – Severe or repeated violations may lead to the model being dismissed from the event without refund or compensation.

LAKFS and Invincinal reserve the right to enforce appropriate actions to ensure a safe and professional environment.

EVENT SCHEDULE & COMMITMENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT FORM

REQUIRED ATTENDANCE DATES

All participants must commit to attending the following scheduled events:

ATTENDANCE EXPECTATIONS

• The Model must be on time for all scheduled rehearsals and fittings.

• Missing rehearsals without prior approval may result in removal from the final performance.

• Any unavoidable conflicts must be communicated in writing at least 48 hours in advance.

FAILURE TO ATTEND & IMPACT ON PARTICIPATION

⚠️ Failure to attend required rehearsals may result in:

• Removal from featured runway walks.

• Disqualification from certain designer segments.

• Full removal from the event if attendance policies are repeatedly violated.

📌 Exception Requests:

• Special circumstances preventing attendance must be submitted in advance and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

TICKET & GUEST POLICY AGREEMENT

1. SEATING ASSIGNMENTS & GUEST ALLOWANCE

📌 Seating Tiers & Assignments

✅ Priority Guests: Reserved VIP seating for designers, sponsors, and special guests.

✅ Reserved Guests: Assigned seats for families and invited guests of participating models.

✅ General Admission: Open seating for ticket holders on a first-come, first-served basis.

📌 Guest Allowance Per Participant

✅ Each model is permitted up to 1 guest

✅ Additional tickets may be purchased in advance through the Organizers, subject to availability.

⚠️ Note: Seating is limited, and once the maximum capacity is reached, no additional guests will be permitted entry without prior approval.

2. BACKSTAGE ACCESS RESTRICTIONS

🚫 No unauthorized persons (including parents, guests, or unapproved personnel) are allowed backstage during rehearsals, fittings, or event-day preparations.

✅ Only approved individuals will receive backstage access credentials, including:

• Models

• Designers & stylists

• Production staff

• Authorized event personnel

📌 Exceptions:

• If a minor model requires assistance, only one (1) designated parent/guardian may be permitted backstage, subject to approval by the Organizers.

3. EVENT CHECK-IN & ENTRY GUIDELINES

✅ Guests must check in at the front desk and present their tickets or reserved guest list confirmation.

✅ Late arrivals may be denied entry or seated at the discretion of event staff to avoid disruption.

✅ No re-entry is permitted once the event begins unless otherwise stated.

4. COMPLIANCE & ENFORCEMENT

📌 Failure to adhere to the ticket and guest policy may result in the following:

1️⃣ Verbal Warning – For minor infractions.

2️⃣ Ticket Revocation – Guest may be denied entry or removed from the venue.

3️⃣ Model Participation Impact – Continued violations may result in the Model’s removal from the event.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY AGREEMENT

Non-Refundable Registration Fees

✅ Policy on Registration Fees:

• All registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified under special conditions.

• Registration fees cover administrative costs, venue expenses, staffing, and program materials, which are allocated in advance and cannot be refunded once paid.

• If a participant chooses not to participate for personal reasons, no refunds or credits will be issued.

 Partial Refunds for Emergency Withdrawals (If applicable)

✅ Eligibility for Refund Consideration:

• Medical emergencies preventing participation (must provide medical documentation).

• Family emergencies requiring withdrawal.

• Other unforeseen circumstances evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the Organizers.

🚨 Refund Request Process:

• Requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Organizers within seven (7) days of withdrawal.

• A partial refund of up to 50% may be issued at the discretion of the Organizers.

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 30 days of the request.

Event Cancellation or Postponement Policy

The Organizers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions.

• Government restrictions or public health emergencies.

• Venue-related issues beyond the Organizers’ control.

A. If the Event is Postponed:

• All participation fees, sponsorships, and registrations will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

• Participants will be notified as soon as possible regarding the new event date.

B. If the Event is Canceled:

• Refunds may be issued, minus non-refundable administrative costs already incurred.

• Sponsors will receive a credit toward future events or an alternative promotional arrangement.

• Refunds due to event cancellation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

SPONSORSHIP & BRAND REPRESENTATION

1. SPONSORED MODEL REPRESENTATION GUIDELINES

📌 Models sponsored by a brand must adhere to the following:

✅ The sponsoring brand name may be associated with the model in event materials, including programs, social media posts, and announcements (if approved by LAKFS & Invincinal).

✅ Models must professionally represent the sponsor’s image during appearances and event-related promotions.

✅ Any additional promotional obligations required by the sponsor (such as social media posts, interviews, or appearances) must not interfere with LAKFS & Invincinal’s scheduled activities.

🚨 Sponsorship Limitations:

• Sponsorships must align with LAKFS & Invincinal’s values and event standards.

• Any conflicting sponsorship arrangements with event-wide sponsors must be reviewed and approved by the Organizers.

2. BRANDING REQUIREMENTS FOR SPONSORED MODELS

📌 Sponsors may be recognized in promotional materials under the following conditions:

✅ Logo Placement: If approved, the sponsor’s logo may appear on LAKFS programs, step-and-repeat banners, or other designated spaces.

✅ Branded Attire: Models may wear sponsor-branded clothing for specific promotional appearances only if pre-approved by LAKFS & Invincinal.

✅ Social Media Tags: Any event-related promotional content featuring the model must tag @LAKidsFashionShow and @Invincinal along with the sponsor (if applicable).

🚨 Branding Restrictions:

• No unauthorized promotional materials, banners, or personal sponsor advertisements may be displayed without prior written approval.

• Sponsors may not directly interfere with designer styling, runway presentations, or event production decisions.

3. MEDIA APPEARANCES & SPONSORSHIP RECOGNITION

📌 Sponsored models may be featured in media under the following guidelines:

✅ The Model and Sponsor grant LAKFS & Invincinal permission to include them in event photography, videography, and press materials.

✅ Sponsors may receive recognition in press releases, interviews, and recap videos (if part of a pre-approved sponsorship tier).

✅ Any additional sponsor-driven media features (e.g., post-show interviews, brand campaigns) must be coordinated through LAKFS & Invincinal to ensure alignment with event messaging.

🚨 Media & Branding Restrictions:

• Sponsors may not use event footage or images for commercial advertisements without prior approval from LAKFS & Invincinal.

• Any unauthorized sponsor advertisements at the event will result in immediate removal.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT & AGREEMENT

By signing below, the Model and Parent/Guardian acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

This Agreement is legally binding and ensures that all participants uphold the integrity, professionalism, and expectations set forth by the Los Angeles Kids Fashion Show (LAKFS) and Invincinal.
