We collect a $100 deposit when you schedule your party. This guarantees your day and time. Our office will follow up one or two days after your party to collect the remaining balance, which will be the total party cost minus the deposit.
Children turning 4 years old up to 10 years old are the perfect age for gymnastics birthday parties. Activities are adjusted based on age and ability so every child can participate safely and have fun.
Just an open space for activities. Our team will provide all equipment and instructors needed to run the party. If you are unsure whether your space is suitable, reach out and we can help you determine the best setup.
Yes. Kids will learn simple gymnastics skills during the party.
Our instructors guide them through beginner-friendly activities such as rolls, balance challenges, obstacle courses, and basic tumbling. The focus is fun, confidence, and movement.
Many children discover new abilities in a single session, and it often becomes a memorable highlight of the celebration.
Additional children can join the party. We will adjust the activities safely. Additional fees may apply depending on the final number of participants.
Yes.
A parent or guardian must remain present during the party for supervision and safety.
We run parties rain or shine. If you have an indoor space available, we are happy to proceed as planned.
If weather conditions prevent the party from taking place, we can reschedule for a mutually agreed date. Your deposit will be credited toward the new party date.
